Jake lost his first tooth!! He was SOOO excited. He went to brush his teeth and brushed it right out. He's a vigorous brusher! :) The tooth fairy paid a premium for his tooth -- $2. Mom told Jake that the first tooth always gets paid the most -- the rest will be around 50 cents or so.
And Luke had his first piano recital. "The Bell Towers" you know the chime from grandfather clocks. he did GREAT, once he figured out where middle C was. I guess I should have sat him at the piano before the recital. The big grand pianos look a little different than ours at home. :)
Luke poses for the camera with his teacher Stephanie Haymond. She is great.
I love watching my kids perform! They are so handsome and talented. Way to go Luke.
here he is announcing his piece...
And here he plays it..
We SURE love you Lukie!!

Oh Ann Dee we are so excited for your family. I just looked through the past few entries and saw the birth of little Nathan. Great name! We are so happy for you. Good luck in your adjustment period. Sounds like you've got the whole "boy" thing down to a science.
We are expecting a little girl in August. Exciting.
Great performance! I am impressed! Your boys are all so cute. I love that when you have kids, they can literally make your heart skip a beat because you're so proud of them!
Olivia says, "Jake, that is AWESOME!!!" (she is so jealous.... no loose teeth here :(
Drew says "Good job Luke! I want to play too!"
Jake is so cute with a missing tooth! And Luke is the man on the piano. I can't wait to get a personal concert in person next week!
Love ALL the pictures -- I got your thank you card in the mail the other day -- you are so much better than I am -- I have a list of thank you's sitting on my calendar from December. I hope you are feeling well - let me know if I can take Sam sometime for you. Rachel
Sweet Jake!
Love all the new pics of the baby! He is too cute. You are such a good mom Ann Dee!!
I didn't know your boys were in piano. what a great mom you are. now I have to go bc I have to see pics of this new baby!
wait...comment number 2....so luke is already loosing teeth? I guess in need to prepare Austin. I always scare my kids that if they don't brush well their teeth will fall out. then one day it dawned on my that their teeth were going to fall out so I better change my story. now I just scare them with the shots from the dentist. the power of fear.....
