Nadauld Family Reunion

Hodge Lodge Take 2...  This was our second year at this place in Island Park.  Although it was a bit chilly, it was just as much fun as last year.  Taylor just had to purchase a few wetsuits for him and the boys -- but he wasn't too sad about that!  Here are the photos of the fun...

They boys didn't mind the cold and were happy to "little Kid Death Tube." The adult Nadauld boys  never get together on the water without getting all 7 of them on tubes as they try to knock each other off.  It's a little dangerous, hence the kids like to make sure Grandpa knows it's "Little Kid" death tube when it's their turns.

Last year the boys rented a bike and built a ramp that went into the water they could jump the bike off.  This year was Take 2 and they laugh just about as much..  Here they are getting ready.

If you look closely, you can see James doing a flip off the bike.  His wet suit is black so it's kind of like a Waldo photo -- but it was pretty entertaining.

Pictures of Steve and Margaret's posterity... What a good looking family they have raised.  It's fun when we all get together, we stay up late and laugh none stop.

Sunday is fun because we try to do some sight seeing of the beautiful areas around Island Park.  Last year we went to Yellowstone and this year we went to the Water Falls.  It was beautiful and just a little sprinkling of water was all the hit us.

Above is a picture of Sam -- when he USED to take a binky.  Oh, the days of the binky -- why won't he take one anymore!!!!

What a fun vacation -- can't wait until next year!  We already have the lodge reserved.

Living in Utah

We made it here and thanks to my mom EVERY box is unpacked.  I don't know what it is, but unpacking seemed MUCH harder than packing.  Maybe it's because I packed up most my things 6 months ago, and also had my mom and sister's help then.  Now, I just need to decorate....Once we get a paycheck. :)

Just down the street is a Bike Path that runs along the Hobble Creek River.  I am pretty certain my kids are going to drown in this stream, but Taylor is not convinced.  He loves going for a "freezing" dip each night with the boys.  Here are some pictures of the fun...

Sam has some water fun too in our big kitchen sink.  Keeps him contained and happy.

One of the greatest things about living in Utah is being right around the corner from Taylor's brother Steve and his family.  My boys worship all of their cousins and couldn't be happier to live close.  They get around the neighborhood in a handy golf cart and Jake has decided we need one too.  He said, when we get money we'll have to decide whether to get a boat or a golf cart.  :)

Sam hanging out in the Bumbo -- he's getting to want to be more mobile.  I'm sure he'll be crawling soon! Sam - 5 months

Jake and Luke still love to build forts.  This is actual a picture of the Space Ship they created.  We have ordered a new couch, but until then, the trusted Lazy Boy is still the coveted seat in the house.  What cute boys I have.

And this is us -- a true Utah Fam!
