NAOMI IS ONE

If you had to choose which picture to put on your wall next to all the boys and their one year old pictures.  What would you choose?  Taylor picked the one of Naomi sitting on the crate because the other one was too frilly.  Really??  Don't I deserve frilly after 4 boys. :)  But I conceded, because she looks pretty cute in that one too.  But all that fluff is just so fun.  I love my Mimi girl!!  Here are a few shots from her 1 year old shoot.

 This one makes me smile, because I know she is looking up at me with those eyes.  Melts my heart.

 And one for the record even though I am an old hag in this picture.  Couldn't even get my hair done in order to be on time for the shoot.  Oh well, it's a memory, right?

 

so happy grandma heaton could come up for Mimi's birthday!!  She always makes the coolest cakes and Jake actually wanted to pose in the one below so he could show how cool grandma is.  funny!

But, I do love that she helps me make cakes for every birthday.  It's just kind of  a fun tradition for me to have her around showing her skills.  I LOVED how the cake turned out.  Of course we were rushing and the fondant didn't quite harden fast enough.  So it was a droopy daisy.  But I still loved it.

 

Mimi loved it too!!

Mimi LOVES stuffed animals, especially ones that talk.  She was in heaven with her interactive learning dog from Grandma.  Cute little naked MIMI. I also just love how you can see how my boys adore her in this picture.  She really is like our family pet and everyone fights to get her to like them best and come to them.  Life is pretty good with this little clan of mine.  I can't complain

The day of Mimi's birthday was the first day of the Nadauld reunion.  We made cupcakes and celebrated in style for the baby girl around.

She like the cupcake okay, but isn't quite sure about what to do with it.  She'll figure it out soon, I know if she is like her moma!

We made it through the best year yet (I feel like every year with my family gets better and better).  Life has been pretty fun with this little one around.  Can't wait to see who you become, because we love you so much just the way you are!
