Annual Family BrianHead Trip

Going to Brian Head is one of our all time FAVORITE family trips we try to take each year.  This is the 2nd annual because last year we were in NYC and couldn't make it, but there will be more trips in the future for sure.

The weather and scenery is amazing there and the hills are PERFECT for a family.  We get a little condo that is ski-in ski-out and we just play for 2 or 3 days straight in the snow.

The boys love to eat out and swim in the pool at the condo....

The restaurant had a cool bronze moose we had to "rub his nose" for good luck....
Really, the best part is just playing in the snow... Jake and Luke take a day each trip to work on their snowboarding.  They spent a lot of the time on their bottoms... but still had fun.

I LOVE this picture below... It is all of us watching swamp people on TV in the condo.  I think we watches 10 hours of that show over the 3 days we were there!  But just relaxing with family is the best feeling ever.
We sent Mimi to my mom and sister so that we could really get out and play.  We missed her, but it was nice to have some time with just the boys.  They are so fun to hang out with.

Look at that view as our backdrop!  The snow was HORRIBLE this year, and some runs were even closed the second day because it was already melting --- in February!  But it still was so beautiful.

Jake and Luke sort of went off by themselves this year.  We just gave them a time to be back and
let 'em go.  It's hard for me to do sometimes, but they really are growing up.
Even though I tell them to stop it, time keeps growing them older!

Nate in the Red.... Sam in the green

Jake in the blue....  Luke in the black and green (Luke not so happy because his "bum was broken")

And of course I got a little video of them all showing their skills on the slopes.
