Nadauld Reunion

We left one family and headed up to see another.  We are so happy to be back by family fun!  We drove straight from Oceanside (slept over in St. George) and then up to Heber.  One 30 minute stop at our house to drop off luggage is all.  More partying, here we come!
Heber has turned into such the gathering spot!  In the front we play kickball, watch late night outdoor movies and enjoy the fresh air.

These cute girls above are the concessions operators for our movie night!  Oh, the Nadaulds know how to party... we don't just have a movie we have popcorn, candy and drinks too!

Thanks Grammie and Grandpa for creating such a gathering spot for all of us to enjoy!  We love you!

It's always fun to take Grandpa's boat out and tube with all the kids..  So glad the weather was nice for us this week!

In the back yard, we ride machines, play on the toys and......
SWIM!  Grammie and Grandpa finished the pool just in time for the reunion.  It is a hit, and we'll be visiting a lot this summer to get out of the heat!
What's a pool with out chicken fights right???...  Jake and Luke getting after it (below).

The fire pit was fun to roast smores and just sit around and visit in the evenings.  It's pretty much a little peace of Heaven up there in Heber. :)
And in between all the visiting and playing, we get a little work done.  Like capturing the backyard skunk!  The boys thought up a great plan to catch the skunk.  They had the live trap set up on the snow sled so that they could remove it once it was caught.
They caught it all right..... but the removing it was a little sadder than anyone anticipated.  They dumped the cage into the nearby canal.  Poor little skunk.  If you just didn't stink so bad... we would have left you alone!  Of course, the kids thought the whole ordeal was quite entertaining.  So fun to have fun uncles every where you go.
Thanks Steve and Margaret for creating a place where we all want to hang out.  It's pretty magical to be in Heber and see the sunset over Mt. Timpanogos, sitting around the fire pit, listening to the water run, enjoying good company. LOVE THIS FAMILY!
