BYU Hero of the day and other Football Pics.

Mimi and Drew are my little buddies.  It's been pretty overwhelming to go back to babies at home, but seriously, could they be any cuter?
Poor Drew is always trying to get away from Mimi.  He'll be holding his own in no time, I'm sure!
 Love my little people.
We headed to Heber for Labor day and Kate got in some good snuggles with Drew.  It's rare when he's not crying all the time!! You've got the touch Kate.

Nate was in heaven this year because it was 1st and 2nd grade combined and we had Beckam, Nick, Sam and Nate all on the same time.  Super fun!

And another season of Tackle Football for the big boys. I don't know why they LOVE this sport.  But I have to admit it's fun to watch them do something they have a lot of passion for.
Above is a picture of Luke's cute team and coaches.

A couple action shots of them on the field.  I'm not the best at that skill, obviously.  I have no idea which team is which or if I even got the boys in the screen.  OOPS.

Jake Team is below: He won the superbowl again!  Fun season for this crew.

Jake and luke got to play each other this year.  Luke is not so happy that Jake won, but they did give them a good little run for their money!  It was just fun to have both kids playing at the same time in the same place.  It's gets a little busy these days!
This cute nephew of ours got to be the True Blue Hero for the day.  He got the royal treatment from the BYU football team and his lucky family got to tag a long for the show.  We sure love matthew and his fantastic attitude about life.  He doesn't let being in a wheel chair slow him down.  Such an example to us all!
The gang that was born BYU fans. through and through.
We got a tour of the new player facility building.  This board shows all the football players on missions.  Pretty neat.

After practice, the team all rallied and cheered for Matthew and gave him a bundle of free stuff.
Then they stuck around so we could get some autographs and pictures.  My boys love watching Jamal Williams and can't wait to see him in the NFL someday.
 Coach Sitake with the boys.
Taylor has always had a crush on Taysom, but it helps that he is such a nice guy and a GREAT football player.  His wife is amazing too.  Just lucky we know him.  I'm sure he'll be in the NFL someday soon too!!

And, it was a great day especially when BYU won that week.  Storming of the field needs to be documented.
Its mostly tough to be a BYU fan.  But when they win, it is oh so fun to celebrate!!

Bathtime is always a riot.  I think if they could stay in the bath 90 % of the day, I'd never have crying.  If only I didn't have to watch them the whole time.  We'd be set and I could maybe clean a couple things.  But look at this sleeping baby.  Is there anything more angelic than a sleeping baby.  Not for me, but I think it's because the occasion is so rare!
But, every once in a while I get a could cute shots like this.  Drew is 5 months now.  We should document that!

UM... I waited a lifetime for this!! braiding my baby girl's hair.  Isn't it SOOOO cute.  I sure love that she is all girl.  We have so much fun together. She sat perfectly still the whole time I tried to braid. And it took a couple tries as I'm a little rusty.
And that little smerk.  Who couldn't love that.  He's such a pill,  but I see pictures like this and forget all the bad that has been adding a 6th child and am just so glad he's around.
And, when it's warm at the end of September, we take the opportunity to head to the park.  Swings are never my kids favorite, but if we don't go to high, it's pretty fun. :)
Just documenting Mimi's first real friend.  She asks for Brielle every day.  She's just about to the age where real playdates are our future.  They are very cute together and kind of look like twins a lot of the time.

I think it's living by the mountains, but almost every rain, we get these most FABULOUS rainbows.  It is just a reminder to me, every time I see one, to take time to enjoy life.  The Lord is watching over us, and there is so much to be grateful for here in my little world.

Once a year, these cute high school friends of mine try to get together.  I usually make it to dinner, or one night of the weekend.  I feel like I'm too busy to even take a break.  But, I'm never disappointed when spending time with them.  We are such good friends and have been since elementary!  I know these ladies will always be right there if and when I need them.
Alicia and Dana have been my besties since about the 7th grade.  Well, me and Alicia started being friends in 5th grade.  We met Dana in 6th grade and really started all being friends in about the 8th grade.  But I know we are life longers now.  I love these two and wish I lived closer to them both.
