Science Fair - Take ONE!
Ugh... Jake only had to do ONE project all through elementary, but Luke has to do it each year 4th, 5th, AND 6th. So we are starting young, but hopefully he can learn as he does. Cute little Camera Hungry Boy right there. Such swag!

This little team has come a long way this year. They hardly won a game last year and totally held their own this year. I have to commend the coaches for sure on this one, they are so positive and organized and I can't wait to see how these boys all develop as the year go on.
Luke totally impressed us this year with his aggressive and get to it attitude. It make me so happy to see my kids work hard. Good playin' Luke!!
Jake had a soccer tournament in St. George so we left Luke and Dad to hang out in Springville and the rest of us went down to St. George for the weekend. We thought Jake's soccer team would just play 1 or 2 games, but they actually WON the whole tournament.
Good Job UTAH STORM!!
He had some great cousins and aunts and uncles to cheer him on. So nice of everyone to come out to the games. Jake loves the attention!! we even got to see another neice and another nephew play in their tournaments over the weekend. I'm loving the St. George weather. Can't wait for summer.
Since Jake kept winning, we ended up in St. George for Valentines day (Jake had a soccer tournament)
so although we were missing dad a lot, we still celebrated in style!
Meatloaf, jellow, mash potatoes, biscuts, sparkling cider, YUM YUM!

Can't go to St. George without a trip to the Red Hill. We love to hike and explore up there and the weather was just perfect for running around outside. Cut little shot of Gma and Mimi.
Lily and Nate are best little cousin friends.
And... pretty good babysitters too!
And something fun we tried this time was going on a little sunday drive to find the Glitter Pits out by the new airport. They were pretty cool.
My mom's friend Jim had to show us how to get their or else we would have gotten lost for sure! But it was only a 15 minute drive or so from my mom's house and pretty cool.
A little hiking, that made me SUPER NERVOUS and a lot of chipping away at the glitter rock. It looks almost like plastic is growing in the rock side. Kind of weird. But, a great little outing.
I just have to document my little exercise buddies!! We get together every Tuesday and Thursday at the church and my friend Mandy leads us in a doosie of a work out each time.. These are some of my favorite people. I sure love seeing them twice a week.
One fun thing we all do is get together once a month to celebrate birthdays. Funny how we all clean up so well.
