Jing Su here in January

We were lucky enough to host the sweetest Chinese Teacher in the month of January.  Jing Su.
So far, all our exchange students have been pretty shy... but although Jing kept to herself, she was super friendly whenever she was around.  We tried to do a couple fun things... but in January, it's SOO HARD!!  Anyway... a few pictures of her stay with us.
Lowe's Extreme Air Sports is always a hit with my boys.  I think Jing had an okay time too. :)
Jing and the other CHinese Teacher Vicky Lee made us REAL huo guo (hot pot).. I haven't had that since Taiwan.  So fun.  The boys and Taylor did okay with it. But, I LOVED it.
Luke came a little late to dinner, so we had him and Lucas try the huo guo and they were a little hesitant about it...

We got to hit the Provo Temple open house.  I took the chance to just take Jing.  My family didn't have tickets to go through until March!!

We figured, if you are in Utah in the winter you better take the chance to SKI..  Fortunately, she fit into my skiis and so we just had to pay for a ski pass and lesson for her at Sundance.  She did great, but when we asked if she wanted to go again, she said "no thanks"  HAHA.  I guess skiing isn't for everyone!  Thanks for coming to America and helping at Sage Creek Jing.  We loved having you around for the month of January.
